Transforming and modernising a run-down 3-story townhouse brought in the 90s. The house was full of character but had received little or no maintenance for 30+ years. It was in a severe state of disrepair, the homeowners wanted to maximise the property value whilst enjoying the comforts of modern-day living.

Solution: A complete refurbishment of the whole property. We stripped out the entire property, taking it back to bricks and timber. Structurally altered the ground floor to provide space for a larger kitchen. Then went on to refurbish the entire property, including the windows and doors, conservatory, flat roofing, plumbing & heating, electrics, front room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, study, airing cupboard, and utility room.
Results: A modern, luxurious and elegant family home. The owners are thrilled with the result and very proud of their house. They maximised the value of the property, can now enjoy living comfortably in their home and plan to pass it down to future generations.
